Integración de herramientas pedagógicas basadas en inteligencia artificial en entornos escolares: retos y oportunidades para la formación docente

Este artículo examina la integración de integración de herramientas pedagógicas basadas en inteligencia artificial en entornos escolares: retos y oportunidades para la formación docente. Se propone un marco de adopción por fases que contempla diagnóstico, pilotos, escalamiento y evaluación continua. La metodología una revisión bibliográfica en bases de datos Scopus, Web of Science y EBSCOhost y Taylor And Francis y un estudio de campo, a través de aplicación de encuestas a 50 docentes de educación básica de diferentes instituciones de la Ciudad de Machala. Este estudio permite personalizar el aprendizaje, optimizar la evaluación y potenciar la innovación educativa. El uso de herramientas digitales afianza el rol docente, exigiendo nuevas competencias digitales y éticas para una implementación efectiva. Esto implica que la formación docente debe adaptarse, incorporando estrategias y habilidades que garanticen un uso responsable y coherente con los objetivos educativos, dirigido a fortalecer las buenas prácticas en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje en el aula.
